In unfamiliar places, it often feels unsafe to leave your dog alone, even for a moment. The DOGGYGUARD® gives you confidence exactly in those moments:

An invisible steel-cable core protects the leash from being cut, and both ends can be securely locked — so your dog can wait safely, even on the go, without anyone being able to simply take them.

Ideal for city trips, travel, and all the places you’re exploring for the first time together.

GOOD TO KNOW

SETTING THE CODES

The locks on your leash feature freely selectable combination codes.

A simple step-by-step guide for setting your code is included with your order, allowing you to personalize the combination entirely to your preference.

USAGE NOTE

We recommend always locking the small locks during walks — especially if your dog tends to pull on the leash. This ensures your dog remains optimally protected at all times.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash in a laundry bag at a maximum of 30 °C on a gentle cycle.

Please avoid fabric softener to protect the paracord material.

Allow to air dry — do not tumble dry.

We recommend carefully removing the locks before washing. To do this, open them and gently slide them out of the small loops — this ensures nothing gets damaged during the wash.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time is usually 3–5 business days.
As soon as your leash is finished, it will be shipped to you immediately.

ORDER CHANGES

We can still consider changes or adjustments within 5 hours of receiving payment .

After that, your order is already in production and can no longer be changed.

Delivery time depends on the destination country. On average, you can expect the following:

Germany: 1–2 business days
EU: 2–8 business days
International: 5–14 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number so you can conveniently follow your delivery at any time.

RETURNS

As this is a personalized, custom-made product, exchanges or returns are unfortunately not possible.
To ensure your leash fits perfectly, it’s important to measure your dog’s neck circumference carefully following our instructions. Our experience shows that this method consistently leads to an ideal result — without the need for returns.
If you’re unsure or notice after receiving your order that something doesn’t fit perfectly, we’ll work together to find a suitable solution.
