Many of our products — especially all Designed by You items as well as custom-made anti-theft collars and safety belts — are handcrafted.
Therefore, the total delivery time consists of two parts:
Production Time
→ The exact production time is listed on each product page.
→ It varies depending on product category and current order volume.
Pure Shipping Time
→ Shipping time begins only after your product has left our fulfillment location.
3. Shipping Times (Pure Transport Time)
Shipping duration depends on the destination country:

International: 5–14 business days
Please note: these are transport times only.
Actual delivery time = production time + shipping time.
All times refer to business days.
4. Shipping Costs
All shop prices include shipping.
You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

We cannot be held liable for misdeliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
