1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the HUNDUM SICHER® online shop, as well as to all purchase agreements concluded via this platform.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity.

3. Ordering Process & Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order in the online shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in individual cases, particularly in the event of:

incorrect or incomplete information,

missing payment authorization,
-
suspicion of fraud or misuse.
4. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT.
The payment methods available to you are those displayed during the checkout process.
Payment is processed via secure, encrypted connections.
When using external payment service providers, their respective terms and conditions also apply.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are stated on the respective product page. These times begin once payment has been received.
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout.
If delays occur (e.g., due to material shortages or seasonal demand), we will inform you promptly.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, no right of withdrawal applies to contracts for goods:

that are not pre-manufactured,
-
that are produced according to individual specifications, or
-
that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
This applies to all Designed by You products (e.g., made-to-measure collars, personalized safety belts, name tags, custom color requests, etc.).
6.2 Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products
For non-personalized standard products (e.g., DOGGYGUARD® Standard Model), a withdrawal period of 14 days applies.

7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Please check the goods immediately upon receipt.
If a defect is present, please contact us by email within 14 days so we can find a solution together.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, incorrect handling, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
Our liability is — as far as legally permitted — limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
9. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at any time on our website.
10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect 30 days after publication in the shop.
For contracts already concluded, the version valid at the time of purchase continues to apply.
11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with your order is — where legally permissible — Berlin.
