No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the delivery of goods:

  • that are not pre-manufactured, and

  • for which an individual selection or customization by you is decisive, or

  • that are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

This includes, in particular, all products from the “Designed by You” category (e.g., made-to-measure collars, personalized safety belts, variants with name tags, or custom color combinations).

Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products

For all non-personalized products (e.g., DOGGYGUARD® Standard Model, standard safety belts), the following right of withdrawal applies:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear declaration (e.g., by mail or email) to:
