HOW DOES THIS WORK? VERY SIMPLE!

Wrap one end of the rope around a given attachment point & close the first lock

Now put the other end of the leash around your dog's neck, form a loop & close this lock as well

Done, your dog now enjoys theft protection and you got a safer feeling!

The right measurement

It is very important that you follow our instructions carefully to get the right size. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always there to assist you.

Our locks

For dogs with a neck circumference up to and including 37cm we use small locks (7cm).
For dogs with a neck circumference of 38cm or more we use large locks (11-12cm).

We also work with different lock models. Therefore, please note that the locks may differ slightly from the locks in the product photos.

Setting codes

The codes for our locks are freely selectable. You will receive the instructions for this with your order.

Application note

We recommend that you always keep the small locks locked, even during simple use - especially if your dog pulls hard on the leash!

Creation time

Once we have received your payment, we will start making your leash after 5 hours. We can therefore still accommodate any changes you may want to make within this time frame. Please feel free to contact us if this is the case.

Your leash will be ready for shipping within 3-5 working days.

Shipment

How long the shipping takes depends entirely on which country your order will travel to. In summary, you can expect the following shipping times:

  • Within Germany: 1-2 working days
  • Within EU (European Union): 2-8 working days
  • International: 5-14 working days

You will receive a tracking link so that you are always informed about the progress of your delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for our personalized custom-made items.

To ensure that the neck loop of the leash fits perfectly at the end, it is extremely important to carefully follow our measuring instructions. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you have any questions or uncertainties, we will be happy to help you!
