This set for dogs is amazing!

It looks stylish and makes everyday life with my four-legged friend much easier!
I think it's great how everything is handmade - so much love and care for the details that went into the product and with the lovely packaging, it also felt like a little gift to myself.

HOW DOES THAT WORK? VERY SIMPLE!

  1. Lock the collar with the key provided
  2. Attach the first lock to the collar & lock it
  3. Now place the other end of the line around a given fastening option & close this lock as well
  4. Done, your dog now enjoys theft protection and you have a safer feeling!

The right measurement

It is very important to follow our instructions carefully to get the correct size. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always here to assist you.

Our locks

For dogs with a neck circumference up to and including 37cm we use small locks (7cm).
For dogs with a neck circumference of 38cm or more we use large locks (11-12cm).

We also work with different lock models. Therefore, please note that the locks may differ slightly from the locks in the product photos.

Setting codes

The codes for our locks are freely selectable. You will receive the instructions for this with your order.

Application note

We recommend that you always keep the small locks locked, even during simple use - especially if your dog pulls hard on the leash!

Creation time

Once payment has been received, we will begin producing your set after 5 hours. We can therefore still accommodate requests for changes within this time frame, so please feel free to contact us in this case.

Your leash will be ready for shipping within 4-6 working days.

Shipment

How long the shipping takes depends entirely on which country your order is allowed to travel to. In summary, you can expect the following shipping times:

  • Within Germany: 1-2 working days
  • Within EU (European Union): 2-8 working days
  • International: 5-14 working days

You will receive a tracking link so that you are always informed about the progress of your delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for our personalized custom-made items.

To ensure that the collar and neck loop of the leash fit perfectly in the end, it is extremely important to carefully follow our measuring instructions. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you have any questions or uncertainties, we will be happy to help you!

Excellent results have always been achieved this way. If you still feel that the collar or neck strap does not fit properly, we are always ready to work with you on a solution.
