The right measurement

It is very important to follow our instructions carefully to get the correct size. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always there to assist you.

Our carabiners

Each leash is made with two different carabiner sizes.
25mm carabiner (for attaching to collar)
20mm carabiner (to adjust the length)

Length adjustment

For leash lengths M and L, a larger leash ring is incorporated in the middle, through which the leash can be pulled. This prevents the leash from sagging when the shortest setting is selected. This also creates a practical leash handle.

Care instructions

Our sets can be washed on a low cycle up to 30 degrees. We recommend using a laundry bag and not using fabric softener.

Creation time

Once payment has been received, we will begin creating your set after 5 hours. We can therefore still accommodate requests for changes within this time frame, so please feel free to contact us in this case.

Your set will be ready for shipping within 4-6 working days.

Shipment

How long the shipping takes depends entirely on which country your order will travel to. In summary, you can expect the following shipping times:

  • Within Germany: 1-2 working days
  • Within EU (European Union): 2-8 working days
  • International: 5-14 working days

You will receive a tracking link so that you are always informed about the progress of your delivery.

Return

Our leashes without protection can be returned to us within 14 days without giving any reason.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will receive a full refund once we receive your shipment.

Because the collar is personalized, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or refunds.

To ensure that the collar fits perfectly in the end, it is extremely important to follow our measuring instructions carefully. Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance if you have any questions or uncertainties, we will be happy to help you!

Excellent results have always been achieved this way. If you still feel that the collar does not fit properly, we are always ready to work with you on a solution.
