The right measurement

It is very important to follow our instructions carefully to get the correct size. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always there to assist you.

To ensure sufficient space for the GPS tracker, additional 3cm will be added from our side to the measurement you provided.

GPS-tracker holder

Our collars do not contain the Apple AirTag - only the silicone holder is included. It is also possible to make the collar without GPS holder.

Care instructions

Our collars can be washed on a low cycle up to 30 degrees. We recommend using a laundry bag and not using fabric softener.

Creation time

Once we have received your payment, we will start making your collar after 5 hours. We can therefore still accommodate any changes you may want to make within this time frame. Please feel free to contact us if this is the case.

Your collar will be ready for shipping within 3-5 working days.

Shipment

How long the shipping takes depends entirely on which country your order will travel to. In summary, you can expect the following shipping times:

  • Within Germany: 1-2 working days
  • Within EU (European Union): 2-8 working days
  • International: 5-14 working days

You will receive a tracking link so that you are always informed about the progress of your delivery.
