The right measurement

It is very important that you follow our instructions carefully to get the right size. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always available to help you.

To ensure sufficient space for the GPS tracker, additional 3cm will be added from our side to the measurement you provided.

GPS-tracker holder

Our collars do not contain the Apple AirTag - only the silicone holder is included. It is also possible to create the collar without GPS holder.

Creation time

Once we have received your payment, we will start making your collar after 5 hours. We can therefore still accommodate any changes you may want to make within this time frame. Please feel free to contact us if this is the case.

Your collar will be ready for shipping within 3-5 working days.

Shipment

How long the shipping takes depends on which country your Order may travel. In summary, the following shipping times can be expected:

  • Within Germany: 1-2 working days
  • Within EU (European Union): 2-8 working days
  • International: 5-14 working days

You will receive a tracking link so that you can always check the progress of your delivery
